What went on inside there? We might guess at Jesus

speaking of Zacchaeus’ fine house and possessions.

How did he get them? Did Zacchaeus suddenly feel guilty
and repent and be saved? YES! Jesus says so and

Zacchaeus proved it by GIVING away half his money to
the poor and four times the amount he had stolen from

others (the Law only said one fifth!).
